Yuletide Greetings Card

Started working on Christmas cards. I absolutely love this stamp. It's "To You and Yours" and is a Close To My Heart stamp set. Cardinals are my favorite bird so that is the main reason why I love this stamp set. I stamped it with Memento Tuxedo Black ink so I could color in my image with ShinHan art alcohol markers.

I used 5 1/2" x 4 1/4" colonial white card bases with envelopes. I picked the music sheet B&T Duos Paper and Ruby cardstock. Put the silver shimmer trim. I stamped the cardinal image onto white daisy cardstock and colored with the ShinHan markers. I used R11 Carmine for cardinal, YR24 Marigold as his beak, R5 Cherry Pink for the berries, GY235 holly leaves, BR96 branch, B262 color of eyes and used the black to darken the black on the face. I used a spellbinder diecut. Stamped the greeting in Ruby ink. Place two gold bling gems in corner of card! I also stamped on the corner of the envelope with Ruby ink.

I stamped the inside of the card also with Ruby ink!

Well I hoped you like me card!
Until next time & Happy Stamping

So now onto my projects using Pathfinding paper pack!

I used the Workshop on the Go Pathfinding Cardmaking Kit (#G1083). I only made one of the three card designs.

I absolutely love this card kit! I used Chocolate (Z2111), Desert Sand (Z2118), Goldrush (Z2123) Inks. I wanted to try something different, so I decorated the envelope! Love how all of this has turned out.

Up close of the envelope!

Another item I made is the Fry Box from Art Philosophy Cricut Cartridge (Z3017)! I cut this out at 9" (p.27) using the first sheet of paper from Pathfinding paper pack (X7186B). I used glue dots to adhere this cute box together. Wrapped some Olive baker's twine around it before I adhered the acorn die cut shape using the 3D foam tape. Cut the acron out of Colonial White cardstock at 3 1/4" on pg.36 from Art Philosophy Cricut Cartridge. I sponged the edges with Chocolate and used Lagoon (Z2195) for the sentiment. I also tucked Brach's Autumn Mix candy in a treat bag inside!

This is my favorite time of the year with my favorite candy, which is Brach's Pumpkins! I love fall. Hope you liked all my projects. Just wanted something simple.

It's now time to hop on over to the next wonderful blog on the list is Lilian Yeh The Leaf Studio. Hope you have a great time on our hop and checking out all the creations using Pathfinding paper pack! If you get lost, just jump on over to Damask Divas to for the full list.

If you just came from the wonderful blog of Brenda Zimmerman Keepable Paper Creations, you are in the right place. If you have jumped here and just discovered our blog hop, feel free to check the list at Damask Divas blog to find the complete list of blog hop participants!
Hello and Welcome to my blog. This month we are featuring the Scaredy Cat paper pack. For my project I did a simple 2 page Halloween layout! I just love these papers.

For this Halloween layout I decided I wanted to use Artbooking Cricut Cartridge! I cut everything out  at 11" (what booklet says to use for layout) from my Cricut expression. All cuts come from p.71 except the cat is from p.70.

Right side layout using Thistle cardstock with using a sheet from Scaredy Cat paper pack for the overlay. I used the first sheet pictured on p.39 of Idea Book. Frame is cut from thistle cardstock, house cut from black cardstock backed with scraps of white daisy and other scraps from this paper & the cat is cut from desert sand cardstock. I glued everything down with the bonding memories glue pen except the photo mats and I just used removable adhesive so I can be able to add my pictures at a later date.

Left side layout is from the Scaredy Cat paper pack, first sheet pictured on p.39 of Idea Book. All was adhered with the bonding memories glue pen except the photo mats again using a removable adhesive. Boo, fence border and the small 4x4 photo mat is cut from black cardstock. I choose the darkest purple form the Purple Glitter paper pack. I snipped off the bottom web and adhered it to the purple photo frame on the left side layout. I picked these two cute pumpkings from the Scaredy Cat complements!

Items I used can be purchased here
  • Artbooking #Z1906
  • Scaredy Cat Paper Pack #X7185B

Damask Divas Blog Hop: Skylark

Welcome to the Damask Divas Skylark Blog Hop!

If you just came from the wonderful blog of Stephanie Davis  The Gypsy Chic, then you are in the right place. If you have jumped here and just discovered our blog hop, feel free to check the list at Damask Divas blog to find the complete list of blog hop participants.

Hello and Welcome to my blog. This month we are featuring the Skylark paper pack. I was at a loss for how I should decorate my box, so I turned to Pinterest and found some ideas that I like. My project was inspired from others. For my project I wanted something to hold my PML Skylark cards. Here is my project!

I first inked the edges with Lagoon ink. I inked all the edges; front, back, sides and some inside. I mated all my pieces with Desert Sand cardstock. All my skylark pieces is some of the back and front of the same piece of paper.

A peak into the inside. My inked inside edges. As you can see the bird is only attached to the lid. I hand cut it from the same piece of paper and along with the tag on front of box. I used pop dots to attach to lid but foam tape would work also.

On the front I used the tag I cut out from same sheet of paper and added a pink Flamingo Dot to it. I then used Liquid Glass to adhere my lagoon zipper lace trim (love this trim)! I may add some stamped letters later on but still not sure on that.

And here is the back side. Love this bird on the paper. It makes the back pretty also! Well, I hope you enjoyed my project and now it's time to hop onto the next blog on the list. The next wonderful blog on the list is Lilian Yeh The Leaf Studio !

Hope you had a great time on our hop and checking out all the creations using the Skylark paper pack! If you get lost, just hop on over to the Damask Divas Blog for the full list.

Jingle Bells Shadow Box!

My cute Christmas shadow box I made. Bought all my items from Hobby Lobby to put it together.

White 8x10 shadow box
mixed colored bells (red, green & gold)
green vinyl
Christmas paper

I cut my green jingle bells saying out on my new Cameo! I don't remember what size I used but the green vinyl is the Hobby Lobby brand.

I cut my Christmas music cardstock down to fit in my shadow box. I also cleaned the glass before starting my project.

Until next time my crafty friends,
