My First Project!

I finally had time to make a project with my new Cricut Explore.

Here is my new baby:

Onto my project. I made one of the Anna Griffin pre-made projects. It was the butterfly card. I choose to use these color cardstock from CTMH White Daisy (#1385) as my base, Cotton Candy as an accent color (#X5760) & Pear for the butterflies (#X5764).

My New Cricut Explore

My new cutting machine that I pre-ordered from HSN arrived yesterday (2.28.14) and was I super excited to get it!

When I got home, she was waiting for me in my carport! Got her taken into the house and started unpacking her.

Then my helper stopped by to see what his mommy was doing.

And after you left the above tray out you see a bag with handles. Mat is behind it.

Under the machine that's in her canvas storage bag. Is the power cord, computer cord, & the marker. I haven't had a chance to play with her yet. So more pictures to come.

While watching the scrapbook episode on HSN, I saw the eBosser and wonderful job it did. I bought one! It's here and been on kitchen table and haven't played with it yet. But here is my new baby & I plan on decorating as soon as I get extra time.
